Job Title: EU Cashier, Finance Location: Maidenhead Tesla Motors is an exciting, fast moving and well-funded start-up based out of the San Francisco Bay Area that is making advanced electric vehicles, batteries, and drive systems a reality and working to change the future of the transportation industry. As part of our expansion across Europe, we are looking to develop our busy Transactions team further with the addition of an EU Cashier, based in our European Head Shared Finance department in Maidenhead. This position will report directly into our European Transactions Manager. Primary Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be: Accurate, methodical and have excellent attention to detail Numerate and adept when working with figures Excellent Microsoft (particularly Excel) skills and generally IT Literate. Strong knowledge of ERP financial systems essential. Comprehensive knowledge of European banking process. Able to work under own initiative and adopt a proactive attitude A good team player Excellent Communication and Internal / External Customer service skills Qualifications The ideal candidate will have multicurrency banking experience working within a team or individually. Working knowledge and experience of pan-European accounting is a prerequisite preferably in an ERP financial system. Good communications skills, both oral and written. Must be able to effectively communicate issues in a succinct and constructive manner. Must be a self-starter who requires minimal hands-on supervision. Excellent attention to detail, whilst able to identify and prioritize key issues, within the context of meeting payment, accounting and reporting deadlines. Strong personal integrity and has the highest ethical standards. Fluency in other European languages an advantage This position will report into the European Transactions Manager, based in the UK.
