ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS The Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the on-going performance of the M-REDD+ Program, including designing and maintaining systems and tools for tracking success. S/he will be responsible for the collection and analysis of data for all program indicators, and will lead the annual and quarterly reporting in accordance with USAID requirements, as well as develop weekly success stories. S/he will develop and adjust results chains for the program as a whole as well as for each component. SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS
