SUMMARY: As a Parking Team Member you will be responsible for directing customer traffic in the store parking lot, enforcing parking lot time limits, and keeping the parking lot clean and orderly. You will ensure a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and team members DUTIES: - Clean and maintain the appearance of the parking lot on a daily basis. - Make sure the customers are being taken care of and answers customer questions. - Ensure proper traffic flow through the store parking lot. - Enforce time limits for cars in the store parking lot. - Maintain the cleanliness and safety of parking lot. - Retrieve, organize, and clean carts/baskets as needed. - Ensure that Team Members are parking in the correct designated area. - Report any unsafe conditions in the parking lot to Store Leadership immediately. - Operate and sanitizes all equipment in a safe and proper manner. - Follow and comply with established procedures, including Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, and adhere to safe work practices. - This job posting is intended to describe the general requirements for the performance of this job. REQUIREMENTS: - Must work outside in varying weather conditions and temperatures. - Ability to follow instructions and established procedures. - Ability to communicate, read, and comprehend instructions in English. - Ability to understand the needs of customers. - Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with other Team Members and leadership. - Ability to perform physical requirements of position. - Ability to operate all necessary equipment. - Use of box cutters. - Available for flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the department.
