Job Description:  SUMMARY:
The Store Team Leader is responsible for managing all aspects of store operations and leading and developing Team Leaders, Associate Team Leaders, and Team Members. Assumes total responsibility for the store.
DUTIES:
Operational skills " knowledge of company procedures, regulatory compliance, company policy and analysis of financial data.
• Builds a positive work environment of outstanding teamwork, mutual respect and exceptional morale. Leads by example.
Leader in understanding, implementing and living the company Core Values.
High standards for store execution, cleanliness and maintenance. Ensure that retail standards are being met or exceeded at all times.
• Ability to communicate well to Team Members and Regional Leadership and use their expertise to positively influence situations. Uses store meetings, team meetings and one on one interaction to relay ideas and changes.
Creative and innovative thinking on addressing problems and situations. Uses creativity in building sales and customer service.
• Strong skills in understanding the market, competition and adapting to these influences.
Inclusive and open communication style, which inspires Team Members, sets clear expectations and develops Team Members to excellence.
• Strong competitive drive.
• Support Team Member growth and development by promoting a culture of training.
• Provide ideas and suggestions that contribute to the growth of the store and region.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Three or more years of experience in a Store Leadership role or equivalent with a demonstrated record of success.
• Demonstrated strong Operational Execution skills.
• High energy, enthusiastic " really into food.
• Goal oriented with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Extremely organized and able to multi-task many priorities.
• Possesses sound judgment; level headed and fair minded.
• An affinity to our products, core values and company philosophy
• Illustrated Leadership in decision making, critical thinking, and analysis. Excellent team building skills.
• Able to use, or able to learn, the necessary tools for the job such as DVO, store ops, IRMA, Microsoft Office Suite and other regionally required business applications.
• Thorough knowledge of products, buying, pricing, merchandising, and inventory management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Available for flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the store.
