Provides administrative support for Waste Management Security Services management team and sales staff including records management, communications with various government agencies regarding permit/license registration and application submission.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
This job has no supervisory duties.
The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.
A. Education and Experience
Required: High School Diploma with 3 years experience in related field.
Preferred: Associate Degree with 3 years in experience in security related field.
B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements
Required: Ability to obtain Texas Department of Public Safety, Private Security Services Contractor Company License.
Preferred: Texas Department of Public Safety Private Security Services
Contractor Company License, Texas Department of Insurance State Fire Marshal's Fire Alarm License, industry specific proprietary equipment manufacturer's certifications.
