This position is responsible for taking charge of problems and providing timely resolutions. In this position, you are responsible for establishing and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by acting as a single point of contact for customers and fellow employees.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
maintain the customer service standards as established by the Service Machine Program.
Keying customer orders, responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer service complaints, in a timely, accurate and professional manner
Take charge of problems and bring resolution in a timely manner
Ability to communicate effectively and openly with impact and initiate action where necessary
Lead by example
Demonstrate outstanding teamwork
This job has no supervisory duties
The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.
A. Education and Experience
Minimum 2 years related experience in a call center environment,
B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements
C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
Works well in a team environment and has a great attitude; able to work well under pressure
Call center or Customer service experience preferred
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook is essential;
Proficient use of customer data base systems
Professional telephone etiquette
Excellent organizational, problem solving, listening, and follow-up skills; detail oriented
Prompt, dependable and have the ability to empathize with customers
Able to negotiate and excellent listening skills for escalated calls
