Job Description: 

The Institute for Policy Integrity (IPI) at NYU School of Law is looking for communications assistant interns.

 

IPI uses economics to advocate for stronger environmental regulation and policy.  We focus on issues such as off-shore oil drilling, greenhouse gas emissions, and coal ash health hazards.  Please see www.policyintegrity.org for further detail.

 

The positions are a combination of press and public relations responsibilities including (but not limited to):

-Media clips and tracking on a suite of issues and topics we study  

-Reporter, blogger and producer research and tracking

-Events coordination

-Story pitching

-Assistance on blog commentary writing

-Website content upkeep

-Database upkeep

 

Schedule is flexible but a minimum of three days a week in the summer and two days a week during the school year is required.
