Purpose of the job: To identify and fully exploit sales opportunities within key market area. The sales Advisor will need to achieve the monthly and annual sales and profitability targets. The person will represent the Tesla brand in market and help us assume a key leadership role. In association with Regional Sales Manager, develop & implement appropriate sales & marketing strategies. Required Experience Demonstrated and proven relevant sales and customer experience gained with high value, high image products and/or services including strong one-on-one customer interaction experience. The employee will possess the relevant automotive experience preferred but not mandatory. Strong knowledge and experience within the target market under consideration. • Welcome and support store drop-in customers appropriately. • Present the Tesla Roadster by explaining its design, features, warranties and services. • Be prepared to answer questions about the company, the vehicle, and the technology. • Provide timely response and follow up to inquiries in-store, by phone, and electronically (email and CRM). • Schedule and provide test drives to qualified buyers. • Provide exceptional service during the vehicle sale & delivery process. • Display professional appearance and demeanor. • Exceptional interpersonal skills required. • Strong attention to detail and the importance of prompt and thorough follow up. • Proactive, able to work independently and as a team player • Highly flexible regarding work days and hours • BA degree a plus. Key competencies: • Ability to succeed in a dynamic high-pressure environment. Self-motivated with the ability to self-manage & work autonomously.
