Job Description – Human Resources Specialist
 
Location:  Windsor, England UK

Purpose of the role:
Tesla Motors is looking for an experienced Human Resources Administrator to support the HR team based from the Windsor European Head Office in the UK. As the company is expanding fast, we need someone who can provide first-line assistance to employees on general HR administrative matters. Reporting to the European Human Resources Manager, the role will administer and give operational assistance to a range of Human Resources functions, including but not limited to Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, ER and Training. 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a shared administrative resource across the Human Resources Team
  • Work with the HR Manager to identify obstacles and develop strategies to overcome them, ensuring consistency across the regions
  • Liaise with other team members across the business to provide advice and support to all business units
  • To maintain and keep personnel files accurate and up to date
  • To assist in the delivery of all legal compliance.
  • Analyse HR metrics to monitor and proactively manage all people related key performance indicators (e.g. sickness, turnover, payroll costs etc)
  • Assist in gathering data to enable the production of monthly HR reports for the board
  • Assist with the review and development of HR policies and procedures as required
  • Administer the team costs, processing invoices and tracking expenditure across the team
  • Administration and preparing of training and course materials
Requirements:
  • At least four years previous experience of delivering an efficient administration service within a fast paced Human Resources environment
  • Good team player in particular with team members across Europe and with HR colleagues in the US headquarters in California
  • Ability to work independently and pro-actively in a dynamic, fast changing business environment
  • CPP Certified would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken and able to develop positive working relationships across all levels and functions
  • Possessing drive and passion and a genuine interest and curiosity in the business
  • Effectively organise workload, meet deadlines and able to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Fluent English, with a second language such as German or French would be beneficial
