Job Description:

Minimum Requirements:

BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering,
Ohio FE Certification or ability to obtain in one year.

3 years experience working on water resources projects, with an emphasis in water and wastewater treatment design.

Candidate must be proficient in the preparation of calculations and report writing on municipal water and wastewater projects.

Must have experience with AutoCAD 2008 and 3D plant design as well as Microsoft Office.

Position requires sound organizational skills, written and oral communication skills and analytical skills.

Must be able to work effectively in team situations with co-workers and clients.

Must be able to travel to projects throughout Ohio. Must have valid Drivers license

Job Description:

This position will fill an enginering design need within our water/wastewater treatment design department assisting Project Managers and Senior Project Engineers on municipal water and wastewater projects. Position will report to the Water Resouces Department Manager.

Daily tasks to include the following:

1. Hydraulic and process calculations on water and wastewater treatment and collection design projects.
2. Assist in the development of the group's 3D drawing capabilities.
3. Contact and coordinate with utilities, regulatory agencies, etc.
4. Prepare planning reports for specific projects.

The candidate will coordinate with other disciplines in the Columbus office (and other offices on a limited basis). This could include our Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Transportation groups.

Other duties as assigned.
