Instructional Designer/Trainer Job Details

Bachelor's degree in Instructural Design, Communications, Accounting, Information Systems or related field.

Located in or moving to Austin, Tx.

Relevant experience in systems training and/or curriculum development, or other relevant industry experience. CLASSROOM Training Experience REQUIRED!

Experience teaching an ERP or Financial/Accounting system or Accounting or Business Degree.

Instructural design and course development experience for both synchronous and asynchronous training a plus.

Previous experience teaching accounting software to end-users.

Need advanced skills in word and powerpoint.

The ability to travel internationally for a month at a time to teach is required if and when the need occurs.

International travel experience desired.

Responsible for all phases of design, development and delivery of System's based training (Accounting and Financial Management) and other training programs, such as Project Management Training to our company employees. Efforts include, but are not limited to, gathering the business requirements; performing and analyzing needs assessments; developing training strategies; identifying appropriate training delivery mechanisms to meet the business needs in a cost effective manner; developing, researching, writing and conducting training programs; improving and modifying training material content as required. Coordinate training events and prepare and deliver training related communications, schedules training sessions, and coordinate classroom logistics. Will be working with course development tools such as: Adobe Captivate, and Adobe RoboHelp and other course development tools. Will be teaching on financial management software and project management processes.
