Seeking experienced Construction Project Managers to provide full service project management for various small healthcare facility projects on the client’s main campus in Seattle, Washington. The successful candidate(s) will work as an extension of clients staff. Successful candidates will manage projects from financial inception and concept approvals through FF&E and final project close-out. These Construction Project Managers will be responsible for management of scope, budget, and schedule for multiple concurrent projects. The value of each project will range from $7M to $20M, and the complexity will vary from simple patient room renovations to replacement of surgical suites while adjacent areas are fully operational. Initial activities will include planning and sequencing construction approach with senior management, group leaders, physicians, nursing staff, and selected architects and construction managers.
The successful candidates will possess a degree in architecture, planning, engineering, construction management, or equivalent experience. Professional Registration, CCM, LEED AP, and/or PMP certification a plus. It is highly recommended that all candidates are knowledgeable in “Lean Construction” concepts, “Lean Hospital” operational procedures, and have similar experience on prior healthcare construction and renovation projects. A minimum 10 years of successful healthcare project management is preferred. Candidates local to the Seattle area would be preferred.
