The Center is at a point of great growth, specifically around training development and is looking to employee at least two new Instructional Designers on a full-time or contractual basis as well as at least one intern. The Instructional Designers will be responsible for developing courses from beginning to end – starting with identifying and solidifying learning objectives and then facilitating Subject Matter Expert (SME) meetings in order to collect course content and finally creating suites of instruction-ready courseware using proven ISD frameworks (samples available on Transit Training Network).
