The Body Shop are the UK's best known natural and ethical beauty brand. Blu Digital are partnering with the iconic retail brand as they embark on a new phase of their ecommerce strategy. With ambitious sales and growth plans for the next five years, they are investing in their ecommerce team and hiring across digital, performance and ecommerce positions.
Part of these growth plans are to hire an Ecommerce Manager for the team.
As the UK Ecommerce Manager you will be reporting into the Head of Ecommerce Operations, responsible for creating all the online content in conjunction with key events and trading plans. You will be managing the UK website and all daily operations to ensure smooth, timely delivery of the ecommerce strategy. You will look at new ways to improve the customer journey and the conversion rate of the website and also be accountable for developing and executing the multi-variate testing plan. You will be expected to monitor KPIs and report on them daily, also you will be responsible for landing page builds and SEO optimisation across site in conjunction with the wider zone team and international goals.
To apply you will have previous experience in an ecommerce or commercial web management roles. You will have a knowledge of HTML and experience with popular content management systems. You must have a strong understanding of user experience and CRO principles which can drive direct sales on a website.
