Job Description:

Minimum Requirements:

Master of Science degree in Engineering, City/Regional Planning or similar field, or equivalent experience.

10 years of experience in project management, including civil service public works projects and the coordination of both design and construction phase projects.

Expertise in all phases of capital projects including needs identification, planning, design and construction.

Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite 2000).

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Must obtain negative result on drug screen performed in accordance with URS drug testing policy.

Job Description:

Coordinate various railroad agencies in the construction environment.

Lead the Force Account construction effort and interface on a regular basis with Client relating to project issues.

Manage a variety of tasks as needed, including all budgets and schedules.
