ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS The Philanthropy Assistant will provide administrative support for the Associate Director of Donor Stewardship, Trustee Program Manager, and Institutional Giving Program Manager. Responsibilities include database entry; assisting in producing special events and board meetings; scheduling and managing logistics of team meetings; assisting with prospect research; assisting with the administration of grant proposals and reports; updating department and board reference materials; drafting or proofreading correspondence and other written materials; organizing and maintaining donor files; and additional administrative tasks as assigned. This position requires frequent interaction with staff throughout the organization and outside vendors. The ideal candidate will have strong writing and proofreading skills, and demonstrate an ability to coordinate multiple projects with many variables and set realistic deadlines. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
