Job Description: - Working from our corporate San Francisco office, the HR Administrator will be responsible for the maintenance of the Human Resources Management System (new hires, changes, terminations), coordinating payroll changes,reviewing internal audits and reports to ensure file accuracy and generating/analyzing/updating reports. Much of the work is time sensitive and deadline oriented. - Assist Hiring Managers with the creation of requisitions. - Utilize VirtualEdge recruiting database to oversee the creation of requisitions and disposition of candidates from resume submittal to onboarding. - Conduct initial phone screening interviews with candidates. - Ensure that candidates meet recruiting specifications through the pre-screening process. - Administer pre-employment screenings on candidates. - Conduct new employee orientation. - Conduct exit processing and ensure adherence to employment law and company policies. - Will act as first point of contact for the immigration visa process. - Organize and maintain employee personnel files, ensuring the files are complete and maintained in compliance with all federal, state and local regulations. - Assist with career planning and performance process. - Develop and produce HR reports as required utilizing a system related ad hoc tool. - Provide administrative support to the Vice President of Corporate Human Resources with calendaring, travel arrangements and general administrative work as required. - General filing, copying and scanning of miscellaneous employee documents. - Other duties and responsibilities as assigned - Understand priorities, set up both internal and external meetings, communicate with venders, staff, and management on behalf of manager.
