We use data we have about you (such as the interests and preferences you have expressed) to determine whether you might want to receive information about the products, opportunities, or services of a particular third party.

c. We will transfer and/or disclose your information to a third party who acquires all or a substantial portion of our business, whether such acquisition is by way of consolidation, merger, or purchase of all or a substantial portion of our assets. e. If you have a eco.ORG Community profile, other users or members of eco.ORG Community may access your profile, however, they will not have access to your contact information and your contact information is not displayed in any eco.ORG Community profile.

5. Other Uses of Information.
We may share aggregated anonymous information about visitors to eco.ORG or eco.ORG Community (for example, the number of visitors to eco.ORG's Diversity & Inclusion area) with its partners, clients, and other third parties. We may also aggregate on an anonymous basis data regarding education, age, job qualifications, experience level, or other information relevant to the competition or job search among seekers for any such job. We may provide hosting, technology, and related services to other companies to power recruitment areas on their Web sites (sometimes referred to as "Hosted Career Sites"). Demographic and/or personal information supplied by you on Hosted Career Sites becomes part of the eco.ORG database, but it is not accessible without your consent by anyone other than eco.ORG, you, and the company concerned. If you register with eco.ORG after registering with a Hosted Career Site, eco.ORG will recognize your user information and will transfer into your Myeco.ORG account registration the information you provided to the Hosted Career Site.

If you apply for a job position on eco.ORG or through a Hosted Career Site, where permitted by applicable law you may be asked to provide information on your race, gender, or other protected status. For reporting and record-keeping requirements, some employers are required by law to gather this information from job applicants. If provided, this information will be used by employers only in accordance with applicable law and will not be used in making negative employment decisions. In such case we are not responsible for that company's use of your personal or demographic information, and the use of such information by the other company will be subject to the privacy statement of that company.

6. Personal Information on Profiles and Resumes.
Since eco.ORG is a career site, we give you three options regarding the accessibility of your resume:

a. If you allow your resume to be searchable without hiding your contact information and making it confidential, then all parties with access to our searchable resume database (or copies thereof) will have access to your resume.

b. You can store your resume in our database without allowing it to be searchable by potential employers. Not allowing your resume to be searchable means that employers and recruiters will not have access to search it through our resume database product, but you can use it to apply for a job online.

c. If you apply to a job posting on eco.ORG and have a confidential resume, the employer to whom you send your resume will be able to access your contact information.

In addition, portions of your searchable resume, but not your contact information, may be accessible to the public in your eco.ORG Community profile.

We strive to limit access to our searchable resume database (or copies thereof) only to paying hiring managers, headhunters, employers, recruiters, and human resource professionals, as well as law enforcement and national security agencies as required by law, but cannot guarantee that third parties will not gain access to this database. We are not responsible for the use made of our clients' resumes by third parties who access resumes while they are in our searchable database. The portions of your searchable resume (not your contact information) that are publicly available in your eco.ORG Community profile are accessible to anyone who uses the eco.ORG Community service. You may at any time remove your resume from eco.ORG or delete your profile from eco.ORG Community, but recruiters, employers, and others who have paid (a) for access to the eco.ORG resume database, or (b) to obtain a copy of that database, or (c) for access to the eco.ORG Community services, as well as parties who have otherwise gained access, may have retained a copy of your eco.ORG Community profile or resume in their own databases or files. We are not responsible for the retention, use, or privacy of profiles or resumes in such cases.

7. Posting Information in Public Areas of eco.ORG.
If you post personal information in public areas of eco.ORG or eco.ORG Community, including but not limited to online forums or chat rooms, or in the eco.ORG searchable resume database, such information may be collected and used by others over whom we have no control.
